Welcome to the World of the Middle East...
The Middle East Center coordinates interdisciplinary programs of undergraduate study in cooperation with the Departments of Anthropology, Economics, Geography, History, Languages and Literature, Linguistics, and Political Science.
This broad curriculum is made possible by the interdisciplinary program which understanding of the Middle East requires. In addition to basic instruction in the major languages of the Middle East (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Turkish), you will benefit from a wide spectrum of courses which approach the Middle East from many different perspectives.
