Yezid Sayigh

Dr. Yezid Sayigh teaches Internation Security at Cambridge University, Consulting Senior Fellow on the Middle East at the IISS in London, Former negotiator of the PLO-Israel accord of May 1994. headed the Palestinian delegation to the Multilateral Working Group on Arms Control and Regional Security (1992-1994), recipient of the MacArthur Scholar and Research Fellow at St. Anthony's College, Oxford (1990-1994), author of Armed Stuggle and the State: the Palestinian National Movement and Confronting the 1990's: Security in the Developing Countries, and co-author of The Cold War and the Middle East.
